Refund Policy
Applies to all orders made after 12th December 2022
BakeAway always strive to ensure that you'll love your cakes. Please see the below for our refund policy. Please note that although we have a policy in place, refunds are made on a case by case basis so please get in touch so we can assist you as best as possible.

Cancelled Orders: As all cakes are made fresh to order, If you cancel your order after it has been prepared we may be unable to offer you a refund as the ingredients have still been used. We can always assist with a refund for any orders which have not been prepared.

Unsatisfied with Order: We always strive to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase, however, as with any business things go wrong from time to time. If you are at all unsatisfied with your order please contact us so we can assist you as best as possible.
If a refund is processed, the funds will be sent back to the original payment method. it may take up to 3-5 working days depending on national holidays and your banks processing time. Please get in touch if the refund is taking longer than expected.
