  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, visit the Online Store page, browse through my selection of cakes, go to checkout and pay securely on my website. After this, you can book your delivery or pick up slot so I know when you would like your cake(s) for.
  • Where do I tell you when I would like my cake for?
    Before you order, I recommend that you check my delivery and pick up availability here to make sure that I have your order prepared for when you want it. Please make sure that you place an order as well!
  • Do you make Vegan Cakes?
    Yes! I currently have three vegan cakes which are available to purchase on my online store page.
  • Do you make Gluten Free Cakes?
    Currently, I do not make any gluten free cakes. Sorry :(
  • Do you do custom made cakes?
    All the cakes that I make are on my online store page. I do not tend to make large custom made cakes. If you have any special requests, please contact me and I'll see what I can do!
  • Do you have a food hygeine rating?
    Yes! I have recieved a 5 food hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency. I also have a food hygiene certificate.
  • What happens if i'm not in for the delivery?
    My delivery times consist of half hour slots. If you do not think you will be in for your delivery, you can click here to arrange a safe place for your order to be left.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    Your order can be cancelled 48 hours before your delivery / pick up date and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 2-7 business days to process. All of my cakes are prepared fresh on the day of delivery and therefore I am unable to process a refund once your order has been prepared. To cancel your order please contact me.
  • Where do I find out about the cakes allergen information?
    To find out about allergen information please refer to the allergen information page and select the cake you would like to find information about.
  • Where do you deliver?

  • Do you accept cash on delivery?
    I'm afraid I do not accept cash on delivery. All orders and payments should be made securely through my online store.
  • I selected pick up. Where do I go to collect.
    You can find the pick up address on your order confirmation email.
  • Can I customise my cake(s)
    Yes! I have a number of cakes that you can customise with chocolate, coloured lettering. To add the lettering, select "Add Lettering" on the product page. Please enter your message in the "Customer Comments" section during checkout. Custom lettering costs £2.50
  • How do I contact BakeAway?
    The fastest way to contact me is through the contact form on the home page. You will receive a response in your email inbox. I usually take under an hour to respond.
  • Can I track my order?
    You can find all information about your order in your emails. You will recieve an order confirmation email with your receipt attached. You will also receive a confirmation email of the time of your chosen slot. You will receive an automated reminder email of your chosen slot on the day of delivery / pick up.
  • How do I leave a review?
